Everpure Insurice i4000
Insurice i4000 filtration for high-output ice machines in Saudi hotels, hospitals and central kitchens. It filters to 0.5 micron and inhibits scale, which matters on hard groundwater blends.

Scale is the main enemy of an ice machine, and in Saudi cities where groundwater is blended in, hardness has measured 197 to 281 mg/l. That scale coats evaporator plates and slows ice production.
Insurice i4000 combines pre-filtration, 0.5 micron Micro-Pure II media and scale inhibition on one manifold. Triple and quad systems suit flakers up to about 1,590 kg a day.

Will it stop scale in my ice machine?
It inhibits scale. On very hard supplies, softening or RO ahead of it gives extra protection.
Does it suit hospital use?
Yes. Healthcare is a standard application, and the 0.5 micron filtration stops cysts.
How long do cartridges last?
Rated capacity is 136,000 to 182,000 litres, so the interval depends on your daily ice output.

Saudi supply is a mix of desalinated water and groundwater. Where groundwater is blended in, as in Riyadh, the water can be hard enough to scale heaters and machines, so we check your supply before choosing a system.
